Returns & Refunds
Our team is happy to help with sizing questions before you order. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📦 Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To get started, please submit a Return Application.
Once approved, we’ll email you the return instructions and correct address.
⚠️ Important:
Please don’t send items back to the shipping address on your package. Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address won’t be processed.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition
- Free of stains, damage, or signs of wear
We may refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Store Credit (Best Value)
- Free return shipping (included in store credit balance)
- no restock fee
- Include bonus credit (when available)
- Issued after your return is received and approved
Original Payment Refund
- Refunded to your original payment method
- 15% restocking fee applies
- Original shipping fees are not refundable
⏱ Return Timeline
- Ship your return within 7 days of approval
- Returns must be approved before being sent back. Approved returns will receive a RMA# (return authorization number).
🔄 Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect it
- Approved refunds or store credit are issued within 5 business days
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers cover return shipping costs (unless using store credit option with our label)
- We recommend using a tracked service
- We aren’t responsible for lost or misdelivered returns
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
You can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If something arrives wrong or damaged:
- Submit a request within 14 days of delivery
If approved:
- We’ll replace the item at no cost
- In some cases, a return may not be required
❌ Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations
- Allowed within 24 hours of purchase
- Dress orders have a 25% cancellation fee
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled
Order Changes
- Must be requested within 24 hours
- Not guaranteed once processing begins
🚫 Final Sale Items
These items can’t be returned:
- Made-to-order wedding dresses/jumpsuits
- Quinceañera dresses
- Personalized items
- Sale items
- Store credit purchases
- International orders (outside the U.S.)
📌 Additional Notes
- Because many gowns are made based on customer-selected sizing, we encourage reviewing measurements carefully before ordering. Made-to-order gowns help us keep prices affordable. Because we do not mass produce or warehouse inventory, we’re unable to accept returns for sizing issues. Please review our sizing guide carefully or contact us before ordering.
- Color differences due to screen displays

- To protect against misuse, we may refuse returns in unusual cases
